I am a 29-year-old physical therapist who is on a mission to heal my body.  I was diagnosed with a very rare soft tissue sarcoma, or desmoid tumor, two years ago.  I also have daily headaches/migraines, muscle pain, chronic pelvic pain, hypothyroidism, digestive issues, and fatigue.  I have tried many Western treatments to heal my issues, with no luck.  I decided to take matters into my own hands and am now working on healing my body through a Paleo lifestyle, green juice, laughter, meditation, nature walks, gratitude, spirituality, self-care, rest, and fun.  Welcome to my journey.
